Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon bad guys revealed: Team Rainbow Rocket!

Watch out Pokémon trainers. Team Rainbow Rocket is here and a notorious villain is back to lead the charge!

Prepare for trouble! Later this month, November 17th to be exact, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon will finally be released. In a move to heighten the already palpable excitement around the game’s release, the Pokémon Company released new art and a YouTube video showcasing the game’s primary villains:: Team Rainbow Rocket!

This video wastes no time getting you excited and letting you know what’s in store. Giovanni, the infamous Team Rocket leader from Pokémon Red and Blue is back with an all-star cast of villains from the past 20 years of Pokemon gaming history. Expect to see faces from Pokémon X, Y, Ruby, Sapphire and many more.

As you can see from the poster art Giovanni isn’t the only challenge you’ll face. Team Flare boss Lysandre, Ghetsis of Team Plasma, Team Galactic’s Cyrus, Maxie and Archie from Team Magma and Aqua and Faba from the Aether Foundation are all in attendance.

The Aloha Region will hold more than just a RoloDex of old villains for players to face. Another new addition to the game that the video above reveals are Totem Stickers, which will be hidden throughout the game; through collecting these stickers, players will be able to obtain Totem-sized Pokemon which are much bigger than their non-totem counterparts.
