Westworld Season 2: Official Super Bowl ad

Check out the first trailer for Westworld Season 2.

The trailer for Westworld Season 2 is the first ad the HBO network has purchased in a Super Bowl timeslot in 20 years — so it’s kind of a big deal.

Listen to the latest episode of the AIPT Television podcast!

The trailer features a cover of Kanye West’s “Runaway” by series composer Ramin Djawadi that perfectly complements a powerful, robotic running of the bulls and of course, some very ominous narration from Dolores.

From the official HBO synopsis:

Live without limits in a world where every human appetite can be indulged. Created for television by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, comes this dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin.

Westworld Season 2 premieres on April 22, at 9pm on HBO and stars Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright and James Marsden.
