Marvel Comics reveals the original Fantastic Four will be returning on a monthly basis

A special announcement from Marvel Comics was revealed on Twitter today.

Marvel Comics has big news for comic book readers today via their Twitter account. C.B. Cebulski revealed in a Twitter video what’s coming from Marvel Comics. Four important tenants were listed off by Cebulski:

1. New series.
2. New creative teams.
3. New beginnings.
4. New directions.

In this hype-like video below, Cebulski pointed out this summer will be one of the greatest times to be a Marvel Comics fan. The biggest reveal? Starting in August, Fantstic Four will be coming back with writer Dan Slott and Sara Pichelli. Cebulski made it clear this team would be all the original members, Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben. That’s a relief.

Knowing the quality of Slott’s Superior Spider-Man run and the incredibly detailed art of Pichelli the first family is in good hands! After the announcement Marvel Comics tweeted:

In the lead up to the reveal, they posted numbers with superhero specific backgrounds.

The first was X-Men specific:

Then a Spider-Man specific “2”:

Followed by, what I think is a Captain Marvel specific “3”:

The hype train originally started yesterday at 11:30 am with this tweet:
