DC’s relationship with Walmart took a big step forward today with the announcement that Walmart will be stocking its shelves with exclusive, and most importantly affordable, black & white Batman statues through the DC Collectibles line. At a price of only $5, the figures are affordable for everyone and come in the chance driven blindbox packaging format.
DC Collectibles will release new figures every other month in waves of six, and with over twenty different artist participating in the line, fans have a ton of possibilities awaiting them in each box.
The DC Collectibles will join another DC exclusive at Walmart, giant 100 page comics. Wonder Woman Giant #1, Titans Giant #1, Swamp Thing Giant #1 and The Flash Giant #1 became available at Walmart on February 17th. All of which feature original stories and reprinted ones.

The new figures are direct transformations of the company’s acclaimed 9″-scale figures and feature designs from many world-renowned artists including Jim Lee, Bruce Timm, Amanda Conner, Darwyn Cooke and many more.

The Walmart exclusive BATMAN: BLACK AND WHITE figures are priced at an MSRP of $5.00 each. The figures are available in more than 3,000 participating Walmart retailers in the United States. To find the location nearest you, use the Walmart store finder.
Fans wanting to purchase each wave at once can find all six BATMAN: BLACK AND WHITE mini-figures as a box set at participating comic book shops beginning in May. This direct market version will feature an additional, exclusive seventh figure in each set.
