Hearthstone‘s upcoming expansion, Rise of Shadows, sees the main antagonist from the League of Explorers expansion, Arch-Thief Rafaam, putting together a team of “plotters and schemers” for whatever devious plan he is in store.
We’ve already seen the Legendary cards for Rafaam himself and his new teammates Swampqueen Hagatha, Fortune teller Madame Lazul and infamous 7-mana-staple Dr. Boom (now known as Blastmaster Boom and now, a look at the latest and final addition to the team — Kobolds & Catacombs villain King Togwaggle, this time making an appearance as Rogue Legendary minion Heistbaron Togwaggle:

- Callback Cards: All of our villains have been around for quite a while, so some of the new cards might be familiar. Callback will be using mechanics from the past expansions.
- New Token Cards – Lackeys: Because every evil mastermind needs a lackey! Lackeys are new Token cards. You can’t put them into your decks, they are only generated by other Rise of Shadows cards. There are five Lackeys in total, one related to each of the villains. They are all 1 mana 1/1 minions with helpful Battlecries. As more villains join the League of E.V.I.L. throughout the year, more Lackeys will become available!
- Note: Fantastic treasures are the same ones you can obtain from Marin the Fox.
