While it doesn’t have a Start of Game effect like Baku the Mooneater, Paladin decks could soon be inundated with two 1/1 Silver Hand Recruits per Hero Power with the inclusion of Sir Finley of the Sands, the latest Paladin Legendary minion in Hearthstone‘s upcoming Saviors of Uldum expansion.
- Sir Finley of the Sands
- Class: Paladin
- Card type: Minion
- Rarity: Legendary
- Mana cost: 2
- Attack: 2 HP: 3
- Card text: Battlecry: If your deck has no duplicates, Discover an upgraded Hero Power.
- Tribe: Murloc

While comparisons are bound to be made to Odd Paladin and Baku (whose card was retired to the Hall of Fame at the end of the Year of the Raven), Sir Finley of the Sands is more comparable to Prince Keleseth, which was an excellent card if drawn early on but ended up being detrimental if relegated to late game. Sir Finley also has a more stringent deck building restriction than Keleseth as well.
Do you think Sir Finley of the Sands will make for Odd Paladin 2.0 or is the card overrated from the jump? Sound off in the comments.
