WWE NXT TakeOver: Toronto results

Four championships are up for grabs.

In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes and NXT TakeOver putting on an incredible show.


This weekend NXT in is the land of maple syrup to treat the fans of Toronto, Canada to some of the best wrestling on the planet with their latest PPV — NXT TakeOver Toronto.

As expected, every match entertained and there was a lot of crazy spots, amazing moves and back and forth sequences of some incredibly brutal wrestling. We have the results from those matches for you below.

  • Street Profits – Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins (c) defeat Undisputed Era – Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish via pinfall in their first PPV title defense
  • Candice LeRae falls to Io Shirai via KO
  • Matt Riddle and Killian Dain never actually began their match. The pair brawled around the outside of the ring before both going through a table.
  • Velveteen Dream (c) defeats Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong to retain his North American Championship
  • Shayna Baszler (c) defeats Mia Yim via a triangle hold submission to extend her long reign as NXT Women’s Champion
  • Adam Cole defeats Johnny Gargano in a 2 out of 3 falls match to retain his NXT Championship
