NYCC 2019: Marvel Games Announces ‘Iron Man VR’ Release Date and Villain

Iron Man VR players will face off against a foe familiar to MCU fans.

The Playstation VR exclusive Iron Man VR will release on February 28, 2020, Marvel Games and Developer Cammoflauge announced today at New York Comic-Con. It was also announced that the game will feature Ghost, most notably from 2018’s Ant-Man and the Wasp, as Tony Stark’s main antagonist.

According Marvel Games Director Bill Roseman this game is focused on the story and the main conflict between Tony Stark and Ghost. “Ghost is the perfect character to fight Iron Man,” Roseman said. “Ghost is not about conquering the world, Ghost is just about conquering Tony Stark.” The story trailer (above) unveiled at the Marvel Games’ Panel at Hulu Theater hints that Ghost is confronting Tony about his dark past as, essentially, an international arms dealer.
