Toy Fair 2020: Hasbro Marvel Legends reveals

This afternoon at New York Toy Fair 2020, Hasbro revealed a ton of new products, especially for their Marvel Legends line.

X-Men Movie Wolverine

YES! It seems the Disney/Fox merger has made X-Men movie figures a thing again, which means we get photo-real face printing for everyone’s favorite mutant. Hugh Jackman is finally emblazoned in plastic! The figure is an Amazon exclusive and can be pre-ordered now.

X-Men Movie Logan

If you thought you only needed one Hugh Jackman on your toy shelf you were dead wrong. This incredible figure will be available sometime later this year.

X-Men Movie Mystique

Available later this year, this version of Mystique based on Rebecca Romijn’s likeness the first X-Men movie.

X-Men Movie Professor X and Magneto

This incredible two-pack comes with swappable heads for both characters, giving you your choice of Ian McKellan or Michael Fassbender for the master of magnetism and Patrick Stewart or James McAvoy for Charles Xavier.

Old Man Logan

As a huge Old Man Logan fan, this incredible figure is obviously a must-buy for me.

Old Man Hawkeye

Same with this one.

Retro Spider-Man Wave

I don’t normally post pictures of the packaging, but I’ll make an exception for this sweet bit of nostalgia.

There will be more figures in the line, but the ones we got to see were Gwen Stacy (with swappable Mary Jane head), Peter Parker (with swappable Pete/Spidey face), and Spidey himself, who is supposed to have even better articulation than the beloved Pizza Spider-Man.

Gamerverse Avengers Wave w/ Abomination BAF

I’m not really big on the video game characters, but this wave also features comic versions of Leader, Rage, Mar-vell, Mach-1 (!), and a build-a-figure Abomination which is probably the best we’ve ever gotten.

Target Exclusive and available for pre-order.

Age of Apocalypse X-Men Wave w/ Sugar Man BAF

I’m ashamed to say I don’t know anything about Sugar Man, but this wave looks really cool. It’s also currently available for pre-order at your preferred toy retailer.

Venomized Miles Morales, Gwen Stacey, and Captain America

We reported on this yesterday. Coming Fall 2020. The Venom Captain America will be a Walmart exclusive (ugh).

Deluxe Red Hulk

We also reported on this one yesterday. This will be a Target exclusive.

Single-carded Hydra Soldier

Hasbro Pulse exclusive, which should (hopefully) make army building much easier. Available for pre-order now.

Iron Man 2020

Walgreens exclusive (meaning you should be able to actually find it) and it will come with a flight stand. Available for pre-order now.

Punisher w/ Motorcycle

It comes with a bat and a complete disregard for road safety (no helmet?!).

Deadpool Wave w/ Strong Guy BAF

Some great characters that we’ve been waiting a long time for!

Deadpool Movie Wave

Yet another wave of figures that show just how great Hasbro’s new face printing technology is.

Deadpool and Negasonic Teenage Warhead will be packed together. Cable will be a Walmart exclusive (which means it will likely turn into an Ebay exclusive).

First Appearance Storm

This long-awaited figure will be available later this year as a Target exclusive.

Modern Rogue

Definitely not my favorite version of the character, but the figure will be available later this year if you’re a fan.

Deluxe War Machine

I can’t find a picture anywhere, but this effects-heavy version also comes with an unmasked head.

Age of Apocalypse Apocalyse

The name might sound redundant, but the figure looks a lot cooler than I was expecting.

Nimrod

I may have never liked this character design, but this figure is by far the best I’ve ever seen it look.

A couple of other items of note:

• Old Man Hawkeye and Rogue will be test runs for utilizing pinless articulation in the arms and legs.
• The Marvel Legends panel concluded with a tease for an upcoming 6″ scale Sentinel HasLab project, which you can watch here.
