WWE releases teaser for Southpaw Regional Wrestling Season 3

Chett Chetterfield is back!

Saturday morning WWE announced the return of Southpaw Regional Wrestling for a third season which is set to premiere sometime in summer 2020. Watch the teaser trailer below featuring the one and only Chett Chetterfield.

For those of you who may be unfamiliar, Southpaw Regional Wrestling is a WWE YouTube parody series that debuted in 2017 and follows the events of an fictional wrestling promotion in the ’80s. The series’ 2 previous seasons includes 12 total episodes and has drawn high praise from fans and critics alike for its ridiculous story-lines and hilarious characters.

A number of current and former WWE employees have participated in Southpaw, including John Cena as Lance Catamaran, Fandango as Chett Chetterfield, Tyler Breeze as Mr. Mackelroy, Luke Gallows as Tex Ferguson, Karl Anderson as Chad 2 Badd, Seth Rollins as “Dry Rub” Doug, Daniel Bryan as Rene Beret and Dan Bandana, Renee Young as Susan, The Miz as “Astonishing” Adam Dung, Chris Jericho as Cameron “Clint” Bobski, and many, many more.

Fandango and John Cena’s characters are two fan favorites and perhaps the most absurd of the bunch. As such, it’s perhaps appropriate that the pair are the only two characters seen and heard from in the teaser trailer for Season 3.
