AEW “evaluating” Jimmy Havoc’s “status with our company”

Jimmy Havoc was one of several wrestlers accused of abusive behavior this week.

AEW has broken their silence on Jimmy Havoc, who, along with many other wrestlers, was accused earlier this week of abusive behavior toward women. AEW says they are “evaluating his status with our company,” and wished him the best in upcoming rehabilitation treatment.

“We wish Jimmy Havoc all the best as he receives treatment and counseling in an effort to overcome the mental health and substance abuse challenges in his life,” the statement reads. The attached screenshot reads in part, “We are aware of various reports related to Jimmy.”

Havoc was the only AEW wrestler to be spoken out against. As a result of the various allegations, earlier today, PROGRESS Wrestling cut ties with some wrestlers and suspended others, NWA Vice President Dave Lagana resigned, and WWE released Jack Gallagher.
