The apocalyptic ‘Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy: Siege’ trailer

The leaders of the Autobots and Decepticons must make the ultimate sacrifice to save their planet in Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy: Siege.

Back in February, we revealed the teaser for the upcoming anime series, Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy: Siege. Today, Netflix released the final trailer ahead of its premiere later this month. The show is a partnership between the streaming giant, toy company, Hasbro, and media company, Rooster Teeth.

The stakes have never been higher between the feuding sides of Cybertron: the Autobots and Decepiticons. Chapter one will consist of six episodes that are 22 minutes in length and will have a new animation look and style for these robots in disguise.

Siege will focus on a significant timeframe in Transformers history on Cybertron beginning right after a destructive civil war. In order to score a decisive victory, Megatron considers utilizing the Allspark, the source of all life and power on the planet, to “reformat” his rivals and unify the world. Facing tremendous odds, Optimus Prime and the Autobots execute a series of counterstrikes to carry out their mission to destroy Cybertron in order to save it.

Look for Transformers: War of Cybertron Trilogy: Siege to drop July 30 on Netflix.
