Overwatch’s Sigma Maestro Challenge is now live

Earn a new legendary skin, player icon, and lots of cute sprays.

Blizzard Entertainment has officially unveiled their latest Overwatch in-game event: Sigma’s Maestro Challenge. The two-week even begins today, July 14, and like similar hero challenges that have come before it, allows players the opportunity to unlock a number of special Sigma themed cosmetic rewards by winning games and watching Overwatch on Twitch.

During the two weeks that the event is scheduled for, wins earned in Quick Play, Competitive Play, and Arcade will earn players a Maestro Player Icon, Legendary Sigma Maestro Emote, and a Legendary Maestro Sigma Skin. Here’s how many wins are required for each reward:

  • Win 3 games: Maestro Player Icon
  • Win 6 games: Legendary Sigma Maestro Emote
  • Win 9 games: Legendary Maestro Sigma Skin

There are six adorable new sprays to earn during Sigma’s Maestro Challenge by watching streamers play Overwatch on Twitch. Blizzard has posted a handy schedule to let you know when and how to watch. Here’s a breakdown of how much Overwatch you need to watch to earn the sprays:

  • Watch 2 hours: Sigma – Maestro Spray
  • Watch 4 hours: Moira – Fiddle and Symmetra – Sitar Sprays
  • Watch 6 hours: Lucio – Bossa Nova, Mei – Guzheng, and Orisa – Djembe Sprays

Blizzard has also released a new album alongside Sigma’s event, Overwatch: Cities & Countries, featuring themes of Overwatch maps and missions across the globe. Found on almost every popular streaming app.

Sigma’s Maestro Challenge runs July 14-27 on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
