Dark Horse Comics has announced today that they are partnering with CD Projekt Red to produce a new variant bundle for the upcoming Dark Horse comic book, Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team.
Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most hotly anticipated video games in years, and is CD Projekt Red’s next major release since The Witcher 3. The wait has been excruciating, as the game was originally announced back in May of 2012. Since then, several delays throughout 2020 have pushed the release date from April, to September, to finally November 19.
Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team #1 is set to release on September 9 from writer Cullen Bunn and artist Miguel Valderrama and will follow Nadia, an assistant EMT for Trauma Team International and the sole survivor of a failed rescue mission. In addition to the standard comic, 300 copies of the variant bundle will include the comic with a variant cover by Robert Sammelin, and a hand-numbered lithograph print of the cover.
