Titan Comics and Guerrilla first announced their collaboration on the comic book adaptation back in March of this year, where it was also revealed that the new series would be written by one of the game’s writers, Anne Toole, and drawn by artist Ann Maulina.

Also present is our original hero from Horizon Zero Dawn, the stalwart warrior and explorer Aloy, who has mysteriously vanished. As Talanah searches for Aloy she discovers a new danger has emerged from the wilds, a whole new breed of killer machines.

The first and second issues are Horizon Zero Dawn are on sale now and you can also download a free lead-in story for the new series via Comixology. New York Comic Con is being held digitally this year, October 8-11.
