Adventures in Movies! Episode 97: Movies in the wild & ‘Knuckledust’ review

Closing in on episode 100.

Danny, Blake, and Nathaniel leave their comfy city slicker lives and talk about movies set in the wilderness. They discuss the genres that do it right, fact versus fiction, and what settings they like the most. Plus, a review of British indie movie Knuckledust.

Warner Bros. dropped possibly the biggest news in the history of motion pictures. The guys talk about what this means for the future, whether they think it is a good idea, and the movies that will benefit the most.

On this week’s Adventures in Movies! Looks at… the three talk about Knuckledust. Lots of movies wear their influences on their sleeves. It is fun to see what new filmmakers to with the things they grew up loving. It is a thin line between bad knock off and loving homage. The guys talk about whether this film gets it right.

This week’s main segment is about movies set in the wild. The boys talk whether movies about family or one person are better, their favorites, and whether they prefer to stay in the city. Plus, a little known NFL Films fact.
