The Chainsaw Awards from Fangoria come the horror streaming service Shudder on Sunday, April 18. The show will be filmed and hosted virtually by actor and writer David Dastmalchian. Some of the names set to appear include Gigi Saul Guerrero, Kevin Smith, and Keith David.
The Chainsaw Awards began in the 1992 and focus on horror and thriller films. Last year’s big winners were Midsommar and The Lighthouse. Past recipients have been It Follows, The Babadook, and Castle Freak. Last year was a strange one for movies, but there are some strong nominees.
