Recapping the week in news and reviews, plus the AIPT Comics podcast has guest Tim Sheridan on to talk about his many projects.

The AIPT Comics podcast is your weekly source for comic book news, reviews, and special guests! This week, Tim Sheridan joins the show to discuss his comics series like Teen Titans Academy, his joining DC Comics during the 5G push, his future titles like Masters of the Universe: Revelationand working with Kevin Smith on the Netflix show–and Shazam! We also dig into how he got the approval to introduce Red X into DC Comics, his start breaking into Hollywood, his excellent animated film Superman: Man of Tomorrow, and more!

Before the interview, we dig into the biggest news of the week. Possibly the biggest news this week is television-related as Robert Kirkman’s Invincible was renewed for two more seasons and Netflix released their Sweet Tooth trailerIn Marvel Comics news, new Hellfire Gala looks for X-Men like Xavier, Wolverine, and more were revealed and got some new info from the Hellfire Gala Guide. Marvel also unveiled the Free Comic Book Day 2021 covers and continues to inform us on Star Wars lore via the comics. 

In comics convention news, DC Comics announced DC FanDome 2021 for October 16th and Skybound Entertainment releases virtual convention Xpo 64 schedule.
