Today, Disney has released a new featurette featuring Tom Hiddleston explaining in just 30 seconds Loki’s entire backstory. This is a means to catch up before the new Disney+ show Loki debuts on June 9th. Marvel Studios’ Loki features the God of Mischief as he escapes death as an alternate version of Loki after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Spoilers, he died. Or at least a version of him did. Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is the head writer.
