On Tuesday, Boss Fight Studios held a live stream revealing a brand new toyline. Saurozoic Warriors will consist of 6″ scale anthropomorphic dinosaurs in the style of extreme ’80s/’90s action figures. While there are no official character names yet, you can take a look at the initial 4 figure offerings below.

As you can see, each one of the brightly colored figures comes with a variety of guns and/or melee weapons, some of which aren’t shown in the prototype photos. The articulation won’t be too crazy, but still pretty good. There will also be jaw articulation for each character, which is pretty much a requirement on any toy line involving dinosaurs.

Despite this being a completely original toy line, those of us who grew up in the ’80s and ’90s are likely getting a very cool Dinosaucers vibe from these.

Good luck getting that absolute banger of a theme song out of your head.

Preorders for the line are currently scheduled to be revealed in March with an expected shelf/delivery date in early 2023. More figures will be created depending on how well the line sells.

As ridiculously fun as these look, the price point (which has yet to be revealed) will be the deciding factor on whether or not I add a new toy line to my collection. Meanwhile, it should be fun watching how things unfold as Boss Fight Studios gets things rolling with this fun new IP.
