‘Top Chef’ season 19 Power Rankings: Week 6

Top Chef pays homage to Texas trailblazing women.

This week on Top Chef, the contestants were divided into two with one group selecting a salty ingredient and the other selecting a sweet ingredient. The two sides were then made to form teams of two to create a sweet and salty desert. The winning team earned $10,000 and double immunity.

The elimination challenge paid respect to trailblazing Texas women including Ann Richards, Selena, Barbara Jordan, “Babe” Didrikson Zaharias, and Bessie Coleman. Some of the chefs really ran with the challenge while several missed the mark.
