D23 Expo is only a little more than a week away. Though fans are waiting in anticipation for the “Studio Showcase, Day 2: Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios” panel because of the properties involved, the other Saturday Hall D23 presentation looks to have some pretty impressive star power as well.
“Disney’s Epic Entertainment Showcase: The Musical: The Extravaganza!” will be hosted by Raven-Symoné and Lilly Singh. They will be introducing a number of new and returning series that can be found on Disney+, Disney Channel, and Disney Junior. Those announced to appear during the nearly two-hour panel include Laurence Fishburne, Brie Larson, Michelle Yeoh, and more.
For comic readers, American Born Chinese, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, and Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends will have segments. Hopefully, D23 Expo will give us some early looks and news on upcoming shows such as National Treasure: Edge of History, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and The Muppets Mayhem.
