On Thursday, Hasbro hosted a livestream for featuring some new Marvel Legends along with one of the most uncomfortable moments in corporate toy promotion history.
Before we get into the (mostly) good stuff, check out the video below, which is cued up to the point where poor Dan Yun and Dwight Stall are forced to cheerily promote the failing Engine of Vengeance HasLab campaign.
Just when you think it can’t get any worse, they announce the final stretch goal tier, which is a decent figure of Damion Hellstrom. To get the figure, the same campaign that just dropped below 5,000 backers this week would need to hit 11,000 by October 31.
So yeah…probably not going to happen.

Thankfully, Hasbro had a little bit more show.
Animated Spider-Man/Carnage 2-pack

Updated popular figures in VHS/retro packaging. Seems like a pretty good set, right? Unfortunately, the Hasbro Pulse exclusive item will cost you $52.99, which is absurd.
If you still want it, however, then the set is currently available for preorder with an expected arrival in May 2023.
The next three figures are available for preorder yet, but they will be part of an upcoming Build-A-Figure wave.
Classic Wonderman

Not a huge fan of the character, but this is a really nice-looking figure if you happen to be.
Yelena Belova (Comics)

Poor Yelena may have gotten her face roasted by Sauron in the comics, but it certainly made for a cool costume/look later on. Let’s just hope all those accessories don’t translate to a “deluxe” price point later on.
Von Strucker

I know Hydra is evil, but that color scheme really pops.
Preorders for the preceding figures are expected to open later this year.
