‘Mayfair Witches’ trailer: Alexandra Daddario’s Rowan discovers her gifts and inner darkness

Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches debuts January 8, 2023 on AMC and AMC+.

Mayfair Witches is an upcoming supernatural horror drama series arriving on AMC. The network found success with its adaptation of Interview with the Vampire, so they are hoping to go with another Anne Rice created franchise.

The show will be the second installment in the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and it will star Alexandra Daddario. It will debut on January 8, on both AMC and AMC+. Today, a new trailer was released giving viewers a taste of what they can expect. If you’d like to learn more, read the description following the video.

Based on Rice’s best-selling trilogy, “Lives of the Mayfair Witches,” the 8-episode series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Rowan (Daddario), who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations.

Don’t miss Mayfair Witches when it premieres January 8, on AMC and AMC+.
