PlayStation Network down worldwide

It’s not just you – PlayStation Network is down for everybody. Here’s what we know.

PlayStation Network (PSN) services, including online play and the PlayStation Store, are down for players across the globe. The outage was first noticed around 6:30pm ET. While the official global PlayStation social channels have not responded to the outage yet, PlayStation Japan posted on X, the translation of which can be seen below:

[Notice regarding PlayStation ™ Network outage]
At this time, the PlayStation ™ Network (including PlayStation ® Store) may not be available.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers. We are currently investigating the issue and working to restore service, so please be patient.

Sorry to everyone looking to unwind with a little Marvel Rivals on this Friday evening. More information as it becomes available.
