Sony’s PlayStation platform appears to be down for many players globally, impacting access to games across Sony’s platforms. Sony’s PlayStation Service Status page admits that “All services are experiencing issues,” and provides the following message:
You might have difficulty launching games, apps, or network features. We’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
The outage is listed as having begun July 24th at 10:19am. The affected platforms are listed as PS5, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Web, and “Other”. So basically, everything having to do with PlayStation’s online services are currently down.
We will have more information on the outage and any possible remedy as soon as it becomes available.
