Superstar artist and creator Tyler Kirkham (Amazing Spider-Man, Green Lantern) is bringing the heat this fall with his explosive new series Final Boss, making its debut at Image Comics this November.
The series promises a wild ride packed with street fights, superpowers, and secrets, centered around Tommy Brazen, a hired enforcer trying to cash in on his mysterious new powers, until his past comes back to haunt him in a big way.
“Final Boss is everything I loved as a kid growing up in the ’80s and ’90s—action heroes, arcade brawlers, and the raw energy of early Image Comics,” said Kirkham. “It’s pure, no-holds-barred nostalgia.”
The debut issue comes loaded with variant covers from a stacked lineup of artists, including V. Ken Marion, Ryan Ottley, Jae Lee, and Kirkham himself. Collectors will find a range of incentives, from 1:25 to 1:500 variants—including a gold foil edition and blank sketch cover with original remarque art by Kirkham.
Final Boss #1 hits comic shops on Wednesday, November [date], and will also be available digitally on Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.
