Image Comics’ hit series Feral, from Stray Dogs creators Tony Fleecs and Trish Forstner, will launch a high-stakes new arc when issue #16 arrives September 10.
“This upcoming arc has some of my favorite moments of the series to date,” said Fleecs. “Last arc, we set the table—new characters, new threats, new rivalries. Now it’s all about to boil over.”
The next chapter sees Lord convicted of crimes against Pet City, with the sentence set to death. Elsie and Gigi might be his only hope, but they’re locked in a vicious brawl of their own—leading to a deadly cat fight at the strip mall where not everyone makes it out alive.
Forstner promises suspense, emotional stakes, and shocking twists. “We’ve built relationships, tugged on heartstrings, shattered trusts—and we’re only getting started,” she said. “This is a great place to jump in, but it’ll also make you want to go back and see how these cats got here.”
Billed as The Walking Dead meets The Aristocats, Feral follows pampered house cats Elsie, Lord Fluffy Britches, and Patch after a rabies outbreak turns their world into a deadly wilderness. Stranded without humans, the trio must claw their way through a fight for survival.
Feral #16 will feature multiple covers by Fleecs and Forstner, with previous collected volumes available now in print and digital formats. Check out a preview below.
