Vault Comics has announced that Corin Howell’s hit sapphic horror series Lilith will officially return as an ongoing series in 2026.
The second arc picks up in the aftermath of the monster attack that left Penny’s bookstore in shambles. Michael offers a cheeky solution to cover the repair costs: create a sexy fundraising calendar. As Penny, Michael, Lilith, and Benny work on the project, the group grows tighter, and Lilith and Penny make headway translating the mysterious book that may hold the key to sending Lilith home. But their progress is threatened when Penny edges closer to uncovering Lilith’s true motives—and her darker nature. Things take an even sharper turn when a dangerous (and seductive) duo from Lilith’s past crashes a burlesque show.
“Familiar faces reappear in Lilith’s life,” Howell teased, “but the reunion isn’t exactly welcome. Lilith has to juggle old rivals, new monsters, money troubles, and—worst of all—these strange things with Penelope called… ‘feelings.’ Oh, and Ben’s new night job might be a little too perfect for Michael.”
Originally born from Howell’s viral artwork—which drew millions of likes online—Lilith quickly grew into one of the most recognizable original characters on social media. In 2024, Howell and Vault launched the first comic series, which quickly became a breakout hit, earning rave reviews and multiple sellouts.
For newcomers, Lilith centers on the titular immortal, banished from a hell-like dimension and living undercover on Earth as a model while secretly feeding on humans. Her carefully constructed life begins to unravel when she meets Penelope, a kind-hearted bookstore owner who possesses a tome that could send Lilith back to her world.
The new arc of Lilith will arrive in 2026, with more details to come. In the meantime, fans can revisit the story when Lilith Vol. 1 arrives in trade paperback this October at comic and book shops everywhere.
