Courtesy of Marvel Comics, AIPT can share an exclusive first-look at Strange Tales #1, out October 8th. It’s a four-issue limited series written by Jeremy Whitley (Unstoppable Wasp, Navigating with You)—fresh off a Stonewall Honor Award win—and illustrated by Bayleigh Underwood (Marvel United: A Pride Special), the series brings together some of Marvel’s most powerful magic users for a wild, RPG-inspired story.
“I’ve always loved the spookier corners of the Marvel Universe,” Whitley said. “Getting to mix that with my love of tabletop RPGs—and to see it all come to life through Bayleigh Underwood’s art—was an absolute blast. I think fans are in for a real treat.”
