This December, Marvel unleashes Hulk: Smash Everything, a five-issue limited series from writer Ryan North (One World Under Doom, Fantastic Four) and artist Vincenzo Carratù (Psylocke, Dracula: Blood Hunt). The story takes Hulk on a furious rampage through time and space, facing down enemies and forces unlike anything he’s ever encountered. From fellow heroes to dinosaurs to cosmic powers themselves, Hulk will prove once and for all if he’s truly stronger than “everything.”
Marvel revealed a first look today, including interior pages and covers for the debut issue, along with the reveal of issue #2, out in January. That second chapter promises to rewrite prehistory itself as Hulk smashes through the age of dinosaurs.
“The pitch for this story was to take Hulk and put him in some situations he hasn’t been in before – situations in which even he would find himself challenged to smash – and then, to survive that smashing,” North told ComicBook.com today. “We got to take the story to some wild places – places that are being drawn in ASTOUNDING detail by Vincenzo – and I am really looking forward to seeing people’s reactions, especially to the last page of the first issue.”
Hulk: Smash Everything #1 will feature covers by Adam Kubert, Adi Granov, Paulo Siqueira, and Stormbreaker artist Luciano Vecchio. Preorders are open now at your local comic shop.
