‘DC K.O.’ might be the most bonkers crossover in comics history — if it’s real.

Jim Lee and Scott Snyder may have just broken reality with ‘DC K.O.’ news, and we’re here for it.

The Jim Lee and Friends panel at NYCC wrapped up just a few minutes ago, and we’re still gobsmacked at what was revealed. Could it be true that DC Comics is doing a crossover with IDW and Dynamite for their big event?

First off, the panel had some interesting bits of info, like how they are adapting The Killing Joke into an audio drama with Troy Baker (from Arkham Origins video game) returning to voice Joker again. That’s exciting news. No notes.

Jim Lee then joked with Mortal Kombat’s Ed Boon that there would be a Death of Sub-Zero special.

But then they revealed Sub-Zero would appear in DC K.O., and we’re scratching our heads. Huh?

Then they revealed that Homelander from The Boys and Annabelle, the cursed doll, will also appear. In attendance was Scott Snyder, who said the DC Comics heroes are opening pocket universes to train and get better.

They then updated the image to reveal Vampirella, Red Sonja, and Sam from Beneath the Trees Where No One Sees will also be joining in on the training.

While it seems like a joke or some kind of parody, Snyder and Lee did not refute that this is a joke or fake. Lee even joked, “Who doesn’t want to see Homelander fight Superman?”

Stay tuned to AIPT as we get more info, but this could be the craziest crossover ever.
