Skybound drops the biggest ‘Void Rivals’ reveal yet—the quintesson war begins

Skybound and Image Comics, working alongside Hasbro, have unveiled the first interior pages and full variant cover lineup for Void Rivals #25—and it’s clear the Energon Universe is about to explode. From the powerhouse creative team of Robert Kirkman, Andrei Bressan, Patricio Delpeche, and Rus Wooton, this landmark issue arrives December 24, 2025, following Void Rivals #24, and promises to upend everything fans thought they knew about the Sacred Ring.

Issue #25 kicks off THE QUINTESSON WAR, an all-out assault no one in this universe is prepared for. With the Quintessons launching a devastating offensive, Darak and Solila must guide their people through the deadliest conflict they’ve ever faced. By the time the smoke clears, Void Rivals’ entire status quo will be rewritten.
