So many video games, so little time! 2026 is already shaping up to be a big year in terms of gaming. With back-to-back releases, here are the video games hitting your stores this week.

Life is Strange: Reunion (3/26)

Platform: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC

Following the mixed response of Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Life is Strange: Reunion will see Max Caulfield back with fan-favorite character, Chloe Price. When an impending inferno is about to strike Caledon University in three days, it’s up to Max and her rewind powers to stop the disaster from happening. Meanwhile, stricken with disturbing nightmares and memories, Chloe visits Caledon to ask Max’s help which will lead to both of them in a journey of making devastating decisions. Though Reunion is a direct follow-up to Double Exposure, it also serves as a conclusion to the original Life is Strange by having both Max and Chloe playable in this final chapter.

Marvel MaXimum Collection (3/27)

Platform: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PC

For the very first time every major iteration of Marvel’s iconic video games from the 1990s can be experienced by old and new gamers through Marvel Maximum Collection. The collection includes — X-Men: The Arcade Game, Spider-Man/X-Men: Arcade’s Revenge, Captain America and the Avengers, Spider-Man/Venom: Maximum Carnage, Venom/Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety, and Silver Surfer. Made for modern generation, Maximum Collection also features digital archives, music player, integrated cheats menu, and a rewind and save feature so that players can relive their nostalgic memories with better accessibility.

Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection (3/27)

Platform: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, PC

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Mega Man’s Star Force games, Capcom has decided to release all the seven Star Force titles as a collection that is deemed to be an enhanced experience. Mega Man Star Force follows the adventures of a new Mega Man named Geo Stelar, two hundred years after the final Battle Network game. As these video games were originally released on the Nintendo DS, the Legacy Collection will feature a dual-screen style along with online multiplayer option where players can trade cards and battle each other.
