Courtesy of Marvel Comics, AIPT can share a preview of The Fall of Ultraman #1! Marvel’s Ultraman saga reaches its finale this February via this one-shot, capping the five-year run from writers Kyle Higgins and Mat Groom with art by Davide Tinto (returning from Ultraman: The Mystery of Ultraseven).
Back in October, Groom noted the finale bears the same title the duo outlined in their earliest pitch, calling it a bittersweet send-off for Shin, Kiki, Dan, and the team. Higgins thanked Marvel, Tsuburaya, and the artists for helping bring a modern take on a timeless hero to Western readers—and credited Groom as his partner throughout.
