Even though Arrow is ending this season, the CW DC Universe continues to expand. A Stargirl show was first announced in 2018 at San Diego Comic Con and we are now close to seeing the superhero regularly on TV. If you watched last night’s finale to “Crisis on Infinite Earths”, you may have caught a glimpse of Miss Courtney Whitmore.
To coincide with her appearance, a new trailer was released hyping up the show before its Spring 2020 premiere. You can check it out below.
Stargirl stars Brec Bassinger in the titular role and follows the high school sophomore as she becomes a hero after being granted abilities from the Cosmic Staff she discovers. Also featured will be a version of the Justice Society of America.
Though no exact premiere date has been set, episodes will debut on the DC Universe streaming service and will air on the CW the following day.
