New ‘Doctor Strange’ TV spot confirms comics accurate Xavier and more

New ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ TV spot reveals 3 things in 15 seconds.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is nearly here as it launches globally next week, but that hasn’t stopped Marvel Studios from continuing to tease the multiversal awesomeness of the film. Set for release May 5th, a new TV spot has confirmed something many already knew, but not like this.

As we pointed out in February, will feature Xavier as confirmed by Patrick Stewart and hearing his voice in the trailer. But today, we’ve got confirmation Xavier will be driving his yellow hover wheelchair straight from the comics and cartoon!

Check out the trailer below to see it in action.

That’s not all, the trailer also confirms Captain Carter will appear in the film as we can see her shield. We also get a glimpse of Captain Marvel. If you’re a longtime comics fan who was alive prior to any superhero movies coming out you’ll have to admit the level of awesome we’re seeing on the big screen is insane. We could never imagine all these characters appearing in live-action, let alone in one movie!
