Summer is in full swing, and what better way to beat the heat than staying inside and enjoyin indie darlings and Triple A hits releasing week after week? This year has a lot to live up to compared to 2023’s best video games, but it’s been strong so far with releases like Princess Peach: Showtime! and Little Kitty, Big City winning over gamers and cat lovers alike.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn (7/18)

Dungeons of Hinterberg (7/18)

What better way to spend time in the Austrian Alps than explore dungeons and slay monsters? When you’re not chopping monsters to bits, you’ll zipline and snowboard across the mountain range, solve puzzles, and make friends with locals and other monster slayers. And — you guessed it — you can check out a slice of Dungeons of Hinterberg now via a demo on Steam.
Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus (7/18)
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, Switch, and Xbox Series X/S
While you’re waiting (and waiting and waiting and–) for Hollow Knight: Silksong, check out Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus, a stylish new metroidvania. Inspired by Japanese folklore, you’ll play as Bō, an original yokai, as you explore a mythical world in search of answers to a mysterious ancient prophecy. Take advantage of Bō’s shapeshifting staff in combat and traversal to fully explore the gorgeous 2.5D world.
College Football 25 (7/16)
