The organizers of The Uncanny Experience have revealed a convention exclusive copy of Uncanny X-Men #3, available worldwide online. The variant cover drawn by Tyler Kirkham pays homage to the Jim Lee Danger Room trading card set from 1992. This comic features Storm in the same card position of upper-left corner, but added is Beast behind her in a new dynamic pose. The Uncanny Experience exclusive variant sees Storm don her classic Giant-Size X-Men uniform created by Dave Cockrum. The comic comes thanks to Unknown Comics.
The comic book is available for pre-order right now in the Uncanny Experience store and offers a variety of autograph opportunities. The comic can be signed by the series writer, Gail Simone, the cover artist, Tyler Kirkham, the voice actress of Storm from X-Men ’97 and X-Men: The Animated Series, Alison Sealy-Smith, and the voice actor of Beast from those shows by George Buza.
The Uncanny Experience takes place in Minneapolis, Minnesota the weekend of September 28th and 29th.
