Resident Evil Requiem may launch on PS4 and Nintendo Switch 2 according to new leak

Well-known and trusted leaker, Dusk Golem, dropped another shocking piece of information about the highly anticipated Resident Evil Requiem. Allegedly, the ninth installment of the massive horror franchise won’t be a PS5 exclusive release; it will also launch on PS4 and Nintendo Switch 2.

In a post on X, Dusk Golem claimed, “Resident Evil Requiem should be releasing in PlayStation 4 & Nintendo Switch 2, seems this was kinda’ known behind the scenes & in the grapevine.” He added that while he’s not sure if it will happen at launch, his sources claim that it will be released on PS4 and Nintendo Switch 2 eventually.

Fans are uncertain about Resident Evil Requiem rumors

While the leak was met with excitement, a lot of fans were also skeptical. However, Dusk Golem doubled down on his statement, “If the question is, is it happening or not, the answer pretty much is, yeah it’s happening.”
