Fans have been waiting patiently for a new season of Jujutsu Kaisen. Luckily, with the news from today, that wait won’t be too much longer. Crunchyroll announced the anime series about a young boy who took upon a curse to exorcise other curses from the world will return on January 8, 2026 for its third season.
Season three will kick off the highly anticipated “Culling Game Arc.” It will continue the saga of curses, chaos, and character-defining battles that made the show such a favorite.
Can’t wait until early next year for the new season? Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution hits select theaters next month on December 5, 2025. It is composed of the first two episodes and gives fans an opportunity to see the series on the big screen. In addition, it serves as a transition from the previous Shibuya incident into the next chapter.
