Newest photo from ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ features Thor, Mantis and Rocket Raccoon

What is going on in the latest leaked image from Avengers: Infinity War?

If you’re anything like us, you’re still reeling from the bad-ass Avengers: Infinity War trailer. We ruminated on what was going on in this leaked set photo from the film involving Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) and Wong (Benedict Wong) and now, thanks to USA Today, there’s another image from the movie to mull over:

“What, Thor? Haha.”

The image reveals Mantis (Pom Klementieff) and Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper) from the Guardians of the Galaxy watching over the unconscious (or dead?) body of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) with very concerned looks on their faces. What put the God of Thunder into such a state of peril? What sort of emotions/thoughts is Mantis able to infer from touching Thor’s forehead?

Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4th, 2018.
