As you might imagine, there are SPOILERS ahead. You’ve been warned.
Drax the Destroyer… doesn’t want to destroy anymore. And he’s been trying really hard not to. But despite his best efforts, people just seem to die when he’s around.
But that’s kind of to be expected when you’re fighting legions of space freaks on an interstellar police hub in Guardians of the Galaxy #150, right? What are ya gonna do about it, quit?
Don’t worry, though, Peter Quill (aka Star-Lord, if you’re hep) has an idea for a nice, quiet mission that’ll keep Drax occupied–guarding the monolithic Power Stone, that no one yet knows he has. Or so he thinks. Wait, are we sure that’s Power?
Of course, with the stones hitting the fan this spring, you have to expect Drax won’t sit on the sidelines for long. But for now, the Guardians of the Galaxy are down one big, green bruiser. But still up an Ant-Man! Score?
Guardians of the Galaxy #150, written by Gerry Duggan and drawn by Marcus To, is available now.
