Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D’ gets premiere date for final season.

Coulson and his crew have one final mission

Today on the official Instagram page for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., it was revealed that the series’ final 13-episode season would premiere on May 27.

The series wrapped up filming back in July of 2019. With everyone currently being stuck in quarantine, fans of the show had expressed hope that the show might premiere a little early. May 27 might not be any earlier than ABC had originally planned, but at least it’s not too far away, either.

I honestly stopped watching the show around Season 3, but still enjoyed it. I was also more than a little surprised to discover that Coulson and his agents ended Season 6 stuck in the past.

Looks like those of us who fell off the S.H.I.E.L.D. bandwagon have even more Disney+ binging to do over the next couple months so we can catch up.
