Hasbro Pulse will hold a Star Wars figure Facebook livestream May 1

We may be getting some new Star Wars figures this weekend.

Hasbro Pulse announced on their official Facebook page that they will be holding their first-ever ‘Fan First Friday‘ livestream event this week.

On Friday, May 1 at 12:00 PM, Patrick Schneider (Sr. Global Brand Development Manager) and Eric Franer (Associate Product Designer) will go live on Facebook to discuss the Star Wars figure lines. The announcement also mentioned “a pre-order or two,” so it sounds like we might get to see some upcoming/new releases.

Last time Patrick and Eric got together to talk Star Wars toys, they gave us a really cool look at design process behind the Black Series Snowspeeder.

Even if the pre-orders Hasbro hinted at are for figures we already knew about, this should still be a fun event (but we’d still really like to see some new figures, though).

I’ll definitely be keeping an extra browser tab open at noon this Friday while responding to work emails. Hope to see you there!
