Find them in your local Walmart starting Sunday, June 21.

DC has announced that shrink-wrapped 4-pack comic book collections will replace the Walmart 100-page GIANT anthology titles beginning Sunday, June 21.

Over 2,900 Walmart locations will receive the new 4-packs which are recent DC comic books from the DC Universe. Each 4-pack is priced at $8.98 and includes a collectible backing board of eight possible super heroes, that when joined together form an image of the Justice League drawn by Ivan Reis.

“Walmart has been a great partner to work with and we’re incredibly excited about this new phase in our relationship,” said Nancy Spears, DC Vice President, Sales. “They continue to provide an excellent platform to deliver our characters and stories to a wider audience, an audience that continues to use movies, television, home video and video games as their gateways to superhero storytelling.”

The Walmart GIANT anthology line rolled out in the summer of 2018 and was brought to comic book stores the following summer in 2019.

The new DC 4-packs should make their way to comic book stores by September 2020.
