Yesterday, HASLAB began its campaign to fund the production of a 26″ Marvel Legends scale Sentinel. Despite requiring 6,000 orders at a hefty $349.99 price tag (and a massive amount of shelf space), the project is now fully funded after only two days!

First off, us Star Wars fans are definitely feeling a bit chastened right now. It took us over a month to fund Jabba’s Sail Barge on HASLAB. Sure, that beautiful ship may have cost more ($499.99), but its campaign also didn’t launch in the middle of a pandemic. Well done, Marvel Legends folks.
Also, the Sentinel getting funded isn’t where the fund ends. Hasbro has added three stretch goals to the project, the first of which is ver close to being met. At 7,000 orders, all backers will receive a Master Mold alternate head.

The other two stretch goals won’t be be revealed until the campaign gets closer to their benchmarks (8,000 and 9,000). At this rate, however, it shouldn’t be long until we get to see them. As of this writing, the Marvel Legends Sentinel campaign is steadily chugging along past 6800 backers.
