In a new press release sent today, Marvel Comics has revealed an X of Swords teaser which reads “A STAGGERING SECRET WILL FOREVER REDEFINE APOCALYPSE’S FUTURE.” Along with the info comes the art below featuring the as-yet-unnamed character who will be appearing in X of Swords.

The character was revealed last month but their name was classified. Much more will be learned in September when X-Men #12 will release in comic book shops. Written by Jonathan Hickman with art by Leinil Francis Yu, X of Swords can’t come soon enough. Cover art, and art above, by Pepe Larraz.
