Adventures in Movies! Episode 81: Good Movies; Bad Directors Oscars Edition

Regina joins Blake and Nathaniel to talk the worst

Blake and Nathaniel are joined by a special guest this week as AIPT contributor Regina joins the show. This week the three continue the theme of good directors who did bad movies. The makeshift trio talk directors with Oscar clout who made a misstep or four.

The show starts with a talk about  the return of Bloodshot to theaters. Is is a good idea or a bad one. The three also debate about possibly the most perfect casting ever for The Northman  from Robert Eggers.

On this week’s edition of What You Need to Know, the three talk about the best streaming options. How is Netflix doing all these years later? Why did Blake dislike Shudder? Does Pluto count?

This week’s main segment is about the directors who should have know better. Even the best of the best have made some bad choices. Thankfully, Blake, Nathaniel, and Regina are here to call them out.

Adventures in Movies! is hosted by Nathaniel Muir, Blake, and Danny. You can find Nathaniel on Instagram at nathaninpoortaste.
