Adventures in Movies! Looks at.. ‘First One In’

Is there such a thing as too many “balls’ jokes?

The gang from Adventures in Movies! watches a lot of films. Every once in a while they see one they want to talk a little more about. Welcome to Adventures in Movies! Looks at…

This week Blake, Danny, and Nathaniel look at the tennis comedy First One In. The movie is about Madi Cook (Kat Foster) who has been kicked off a reality TV show in infamy. As she tries to put her life back together she enters the ultra competitive worlds of tennis and real estate. Along the way, she discovers if she has enough grits to get the job done. The guys from Adventures in Movies! talk about when there are too many characters, whether a romantic subplot is necessary, and comedy for comedy’s sake.
